GIKI EOI: License for Telecom BTS Tower at Topi Campus — Submit by 28 July 2026

The Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI) invites sealed Expressions of Interest from licensed Mobile Network Operators and telecom infrastructure companies for installation, operation and maintenance of a Base Transceiver Station (BTS) tower on the GIKI Topi campus to improve network coverage and connectivity.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2026-07-17 at 11:00 AM. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 applies. Sealed proposals and required documents must reach GIKI Procurement by 1430 hours on 2026-07-28; proposals will be opened at 1500 hours the same day.
