Engineering Consultancy Services Punjab (Pvt.) Limited (ECSP) invites applications for senior leadership positions. ECSP is seeking experienced professionals for Chief Operating Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Financial Officer. Selected candidates will lead multidisciplinary teams and contribute to large-scale engineering, technology and financial management functions.

| Chief Technology Officer | 01 | 1,400,000 – 2,000,000 | Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software/Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, Data Science, AI or related field from an HEC-recognized university. Master’s in related discipline preferred. Certifications in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, cybersecurity, cloud, data science or project management are an advantage. | Minimum 12 years post-qualification relevant IT experience, with at least 7 years in senior leadership/management roles in reputable large public/private organizations; proven track record in managing large multidisciplinary teams and driving transformation and change. |
| Chief Financial Officer | 01 | 1,400,000 – 2,000,000 | Member of a recognized professional accounting body with at least 5 years’ relevant experience for Public Sector Companies with assets ≥ PKR 5 billion; OR Master’s in Finance (HEC-recognized) with at least 10 years’ relevant experience for other public sector companies. | Minimum 14 years of relevant experience in financial management, corporate finance, budgeting, financial reporting and internal controls, with at least 7 years in senior finance leadership roles in reputable large public sector or corporate organizations. |
