Pakistan Airports Authority (Planning & Development Directorate) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the procurement of works: "Construction of Aviation Complex at Blue Area, Islamabad." Bidding will be conducted on the Government e‑Procurement platform (EPADS v2.0) using Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure and Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with the Public Procurement Rules.
