Re-Tender: Supply of White Offset Paper, Art Card, Duplex Board & Related Stationery — Printing Corporation of Pakistan (Islamabad)

Printing Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Limited (Cabinet Division, Government of Pakistan), Head Office, Khyaban-e-Suhrawardy, Islamabad invites bids (re-tender) through ePADS 2.0 for supply of various papers, printing plates and related items. Eligible manufacturers and General Order Suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List may submit bids.

Submission & Bid Security: Bids must be submitted online via ePADS 2.0 and the hard copy must also reach the undersigned by the bid closing date and time. Each bid must be accompanied by item-wise Earnest Money / Security Money. A Bid Security amount of Rs.435,865/- is specifically cited (to be provided as Pay Order, Demand Draft or Call Deposit Receipt).

Samples: At least two (02) full-size sample sheets of each offered paper/card must be submitted with the bid.

Deadline & Opening: Bids must be uploaded on or before 2026-09-21 at 14:00 hrs. Hard copies and required documents must also arrive by that time. Bids will be opened the same day at 14:30 hrs.

Other Conditions: Bid validity 90 days. Procuring agency may increase or decrease quantities. Bidders may bid for any one or more items. The Corporation reserves the right to accept, cancel or reject any or all tenders under Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
