Printing Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Limited (Cabinet Division, Government of Pakistan), Khyaban-e-Suhrawardy, Islamabad, invites sealed bids/EOIs through ePADS 2.0 from manufacturers and general order suppliers (registered with FBR Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and active taxpayers) for supply/procurement of various papers and allied items. This is a re-tender (RE-TENDER NOTICE NO. PCP-1-18/2026-P&/D).

• Bids must be uploaded on ePADS 2.0; hard copy must also reach the undersigned on or before 2026-09-21 at 02:00 p.m.
• Bid opening will be on the same day at 02:30 p.m.
• Bids/offers must be accompanied by earnest money / security money (per item-wise). Offers without earnest money / security will be rejected.
• At least two (02) sample sheets of each offered paper/card (full size) must be submitted with the bid.
• Bid security amount specified: Rs. 435,865/- (to be submitted in shape of Pay Order, Demand Draft or Call Deposit Receipt) — to be submitted in sealed cover in the office of Manager (P&D), Printing Corporation of Pakistan, Head Office, Khyaban-e-Suhrawardy, G-7/4, Islamabad.
• Bid validity: 90 days.
• Purchase quantity may be increased or decreased according to requirements and availability of funds.
• The Corporation reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all tenders in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
