Municipal Corporation Faisalabad (Chief Officer) invites electronic bids (e-Bids) from eligible, experienced, tax-registered, financially sound contractors/firms enrolled with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for Annual Framework Contracts for the Financial Year 2026-27. Bids must be submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS).

Key submission details:
- Bidding documents and submission shall be made electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS).
- Deadline for electronic submission: 2026-08-26 at 01:00 PM. Bids will be opened on 2026-08-26 at 02:00 PM at the Municipal Corporation Faisalabad office in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and bidders or their representatives.
- Bid security: 5% of the quoted/estimated cost to be deposited electronically through Punjab e-PS. Physical instruments such as CDRs, pay orders or bank guarantees are not acceptable for deposit of bid security.
- Procurement will follow Single Stage–Single Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
