How to apply: Procurement will be carried out through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority - PPRA). All interested applicants must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to be eligible to participate. Tender documents, required details, terms and conditions are available to registered bidders on the Punjab e-Procurement portal (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and on the PPRA website.
Deadline & opening: Submit Technical & Financial proposals on the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 2026-08-18 by 09:00 AM. The Technical Proposal will be opened the same day at 09:30 AM on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Manual bids will not be accepted. If the last submission date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
Other conditions: Tender documents must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the tender document. The response time is calculated from the date of publication on the Authority/PPRA website.
