Issuing Authority: Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology (CEMB), University of the Punjab, Canal Bank Road, Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore. Tenders under PPRA rules are invited through e-procurement (EPADS) for construction works for the 'Construction of Clean Room/Biotech Laboratory' at CEMB.
Important instructions: Bidders may submit bids for all lots (1–7) as a single package or for any single lot or multiple lots. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security equal to 2% of the estimated price in the shape of a CDR in favor of Director, Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology (CEMB). Bidding documents must be obtained from the Purchase Section, CEMB and all technical and financial bids must be uploaded on the e-procurement portal (EPADS). The Director CEMB reserves the right to reject any or all tenders.

Technical bids will be opened on 2016-09-10 at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
