E-Procurement Tender: Desilting of Sewer Lines – Municipal Committee Mamunkanjan (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Municipal Committee Mamunkanjan. Municipal Committee invites e-procurement bids from eligible engineering firms/contractors for a sewer desilting scheme to be executed in Financial Year 2026-27 in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules, 2014 (as amended).

Key submission details: Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System. Submission deadline: 2026-09-01 up to 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of Municipal Committee Mamunkanjan in the presence of the tender opening committee and bidders or their authorized representatives.

Eligibility and requirements: Firms/contractors must be duly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category with valid PEC registration for FY 2026-27, and must be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System. The procurement will follow a single-stage, single-envelope procedure. Quoted unit rates must be given in figures and words. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of all applicable government taxes. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, overwritten or doubtful bids shall be rejected. The successful bidder must provide Performance Security as required by Rule 56 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, and will be responsible for required quality control tests at their own expense.
