Issuer: Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology (CEMB), University of the Punjab, Canal Bank Road, Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore.
Sealed tenders through e-procurement (PPRA Rule 36(b), 2004 / ePADS) are invited from qualified civil and mechanical contractors for the construction and outfitting of a Clean Room / Biotech Laboratory. Bidders may bid for any single lot, multiple lots or all lots as a single package. All bids must be accompanied by the required bid security (see table below) in the form of a Call Deposit from a scheduled bank in favor of the Director, CEMB.

Important instructions:
- All technical and financial bids must be submitted/uploaded via the CEMB e-procurement portal. Tender documents and detailed terms/conditions are available on the CEMB website (www.cemb.edu.pk).
- Bid security shall be furnished as specified (Call Deposit) and included with the technical bid or package-wise as required. Original deposit/guarantee must be delivered to the Purchase Section, CEMB, as per tender instructions.
- The Director CEMB reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. If a public holiday falls on the tender opening date, the opening will occur on the next working day.
