Punjab Building Department invites e‑tenders from engineering firms/contractors enlisted/renewed with PEC for the current financial year for the following work. Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e‑Procurement System in accordance with PPRA rules. Bidders must be registered on the e‑procurement portal and submit bids electronically. A bid security of 5% is required as specified in the tender documents. Contractors must produce original PEC license and meet required specifications/codes for the relevant category.
