MES Tender: Provision/Maintenance Works & Auctioneer Appointment — Rawalpindi (Closing 2026-08-25)

Issuer: Office of ACE (A), 10 Corps Rawalpindi (Military Engineer Services). Sealed tenders are invited under PPR Rule 13(1) of 2004 for provision of miscellaneous facilities, construction/repair/maintenance works, term contracts and electric/water supply services, and appointment of auctioneer(s) for one year for CMES (A) services at Rawalpindi and Jhelum.

Submission and opening:

- Tenders must be received in the office of the Accepting Officer by 1130 hours on 25 Aug 2026. Tenders will be opened on 25 Aug 2026 at 1200 hours.

Eligibility & required documents:

- Submit application for issuance of tender documents along with complete credentials as per serial (3) (details of works executed during last two years and works in hand using the proforma).

- Firms/contractors must be on approved MES list (categories A, B, C & D) and have relevant experience for this type of work.

- Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of PEC registration; contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible.

- Provide a certificate that the firm is not involved in any litigation with a government department and that no outstanding special report from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ Rawalpindi) exists against them.

Other conditions:

- Tenders will only be issued to scrutinized contractors who satisfy the required conditions.

- Contractors may be present at the time of tender opening if they desire.

- The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender; rejected tenders will be dealt with as per Para 33(i) of PPRA Rules.
