Issuer: Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control. Sealed tenders are invited from firms/authorized dealers (with proper shops, telephone facility and registered with sales tax authorities) for supply/purchase of office stationery, papers, toners for photostat machines and computer printers, computer equipment, software, furniture/fixtures, miscellaneous items and selected machinery for Financial Year 2026-27.
Key procurement requirements: bidders must be registered with sales tax authorities and provide vendor/NTN numbers and Sales/Service Center details for Islamabad/Rawalpindi where applicable. Samples of all stationery, papers, toners, misc items and IT equipments must be attached, duly stamped/signed for each item; failure to provide required samples will lead to rejection. Original machines/consumables must be from sole distributors/authorized dealers where applicable. Suppliers must submit several standard company certificates (see list below) and deposit the specified security/bid bonds.

Payment for tender documents: Rs. 5,000. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned until 2026-08-31 before close of office hours. Tenderers are directed to quote rates on the online e-procurement Portal EPADS as well as submit original hard copies (pay order, original stamp paper, rate list, NTN certificate, GST certificate etc.). Only typed quotations will be accepted; use of fluid or over-writing is not permitted.
Required certificates to accompany tender documents: firm registration certificate, National Tax Number, Sales Tax Registration Certificate, Vendor Number, Bank Account No./IBAN and other supporting documents as requested in the tender documents. Suppliers must also submit an affidavit on stamp paper (Rs.100) confirming the firm is not blacklisted and has no dispute with any Government organization.
Submission & opening: Sealed tenders must reach the Section Officer (General), Ministry of Interior & NC, Room #604, 'R' Block, Pak. Secretariat, Islamabad on or before 2026-08-31 up to 10:30 hours. Tenders will be opened the same day (2026-08-31) at 11:30 hours in Committee Room 'S' Block.
Security release/refund: Security deposits will be released/refunded to unsuccessful bidders within a fortnight; security of successful bidders will be released after 2027-06-30 as specified in the notice.
