District Officer, CTD Layyah invites online E-Bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the purchase/provision of miscellaneous items and services under Framework Contract for Financial Year 2026-2027. Registered firms, companies, general order suppliers, manufacturers or authorized agents/dealers (JVs if applicable) may participate via the Punjab e-Procurement portal.
Submission & Opening: E-bids must be uploaded/submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal by 2026-08-28 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on 2026-08-28 at 11:30 AM on the Punjab e-Procurement System in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
How to apply / download documents: Bidding documents, terms, specifications and conditions are available for download from the Punjab e-Procurement portal: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and comply with PPRA/Punjab Procurement Regulations.

Important Conditions:
- Bid security must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System at 1% of the estimated cost of each lot before bid submission (PSID generation on the portal).
- On acceptance of a bid, the successful bidder shall deposit a performance guarantee online as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (generally 3% of contract value) which will be released on successful completion of the contract.
- Bids will be evaluated under the Punjab Procurement Rules and CTD/Layyah reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per rules.
- All relevant terms, conditions, eligibility, qualification and specification details are available in the bidding documents on the e-procurement portal. Compliant submission on the portal is mandatory.
