Framework Contract for LP Medicines/Medical Devices — THQ Hospital Kot Addu

Issuer: Office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Kot Addu.

Purpose: Procurement under a framework contract for local purchase of LP medicines and medical devices (day-to-day requirements) for the financial year stated in the notice. Procurement will be conducted by Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure under applicable Punjab procurement rules.

Eligibility: Bidders must hold a valid Pharmacy (Form-9) license issued by the competent authority and be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Bid Security: 5% of the estimated procurement value must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments (CDR, Pay Order, Bank Guarantee) will be accepted.

How to obtain bidding documents: Bidding documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal and on PPRA websites after publication.

Submission and opening: Electronic submission of e-bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Deadline for submission: 2026-08-29 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the Office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Kot Addu. If the submission date is a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.

Other conditions: Taxes and stamp duty will be deducted as per government rules. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided. Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended) apply. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all proposals prior to acceptance.
