Tender Notice: Framework Contracts for Medicines, Lab & Store Items — THQ Level Government City Hospital Jhang

Medical Superintendent, Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Level Government City Hospital Jhang City (District Jhang) invites sealed bids on ePADS for framework contracts and supplies for the Financial Year 2026-27. Bidding is open to eligible suppliers: pharmacies holding a Drug Sale License (Form 9) for medicines/vaccines/sera (Sr. No.1) and general order suppliers for other categories. Bidding will follow Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage – Two Envelopes) under Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014.

Key instructions and requirements:

• Bid documents and detailed specifications can be obtained from the office of the Procurement Officer, THQ Level Government City Hospital Jhang City until the closing date.
• Bid submission: All bids shall be submitted online via ePADS. Hard copy requirements: documents must be page-numbered, signed/stamped on each page and submitted as required by bidding documents.
• Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost (separate for each category) in the form of CDR from a scheduled bank payable at Jhang must accompany each bid.
• Envelope marking: Financial and technical proposals must be sealed and labeled as per instructions in the bidding documents.
• Bid opening: Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend on the closing date at the Medical Superintendent’s office (see times above).
