| Purpose | Provide civil engineering consulting services for PMD under IFRAP (selection of an individual consultant). |
| Minimum Qualifications | Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. A master's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering or related field is an advantage. Registration as a Professional Engineer with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is required. |
| Required Experience | At least 10 years of progressively responsible professional experience in civil engineering design, planning, cost estimation, preparation of BOQs, construction supervision, contract administration and quality assurance for public infrastructure projects. Experience preparing Engineer's estimates, technical specifications and bidding documents; knowledge of PEC standards, Building Codes of Pakistan, FIDIC or similar international contract standards; prior work on projects financed by the World Bank, ADB, JICA or other development partners is an advantage. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and engineering software; strong analytical, reporting and coordination skills. |
