Principal Scientist, Horticultural Research Station Bahawalpur invites e-bids/proposals under PPRA Rules 2014 for the purchase/supply of Datepalm nursery plants and related equipment for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible suppliers registered with FBR and Punjab Sales Tax Department may bid through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EPADS).

Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using a Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure via the Punjab E-Procurement System. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately, completed, signed and stamped in conformity with tender documents and departmental approved specifications on the EPADS website. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules; quoted unit rates must be inclusive of all permissible taxes and duties.
Submission deadline (online): 2026-11-03 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the Punjab E-Procurement System by the Purchase Committee on 2026-11-03 at 11:30 AM. Procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all e-bids under Rule 35 of PPRA 2014.
