DHA Gujranwala EOI — Pre-Qualification of Contractors for Infrastructure & MEP Works

Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Gujranwala invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputable firms/contractors for pre-qualification to execute infrastructure and related works across DHA Gujranwala. Registration forms can be downloaded from the DHA Gujranwala website. Only shortlisted firms will be invited to participate in the bidding process.

Eligibility & minimum requirements

Firms must meet the following criteria:

• Valid PEC registration in relevant category (e.g., CB/CA for Projects 1–2; C3/C2 or above for Projects 3–4 as applicable).
• Active NTN and GST registration.
• Adequate construction experience in relevant types of projects; minimum relevant experience in recent years as per scope.
• Not blacklisted by any government or semi-government department.

Document requirements (to be submitted with EOI)

• Company profile and organization chart
• NTN & GST registration certificates
• Valid PEC registration certificate
• CVs of key technical/site staff
• List of owned/leased equipment
• Evidence of similar completed/ongoing projects
• No litigation/debarring affidavit
• Audited financial statements for the last three years

Submission instructions

Sealed EOIs with supporting documents must reach the office within fifteen (15) days of publication. Incomplete EOIs or those received after the deadline will not be entertained. DHA Gujranwala reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning a reason.
