The Department of Works & Chief Engineer (DW&CE), Directorate of Civil Islamabad (DCI) invites pre-qualification and bidding from firms/contractors enlisted with MES for miscellaneous civil works and related consultancy services at DCI Islamabad. Firms not enlisted with MES must attach 2% earnest money (CDR or Defence Saving Certificates) pledged in favour of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad. Bidding documents will be issued to qualified contractors only.
Applications for pre-qualification will be received from 2026-08-28 until 2026-09-10. Sealed bids will be received in the office of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad up to 12:30 hrs on 2026-09-11 and will be opened the same day at 14:00 hrs in the presence of authorized representatives.
