Key eligibility / shortlisting criteria
  • Firm must have been duly incorporated and operational for a minimum period of ten (10) years as of submission date (documented evidence such as certificate of incorporation required).
  • Firm shall provide evidence of at least two prior assignments of comparable nature, scope and complexity demonstrating relevant experience.
  • Firm must demonstrate the proposed team, supported by adequate back-end resources, possesses requisite qualifications and experience to deliver the assignment.
  • Experts will not be evaluated at the shortlisting stage.

Interested consulting firms ("Consultants") are requested to indicate their interest and provide information demonstrating their qualification and relevant experience to perform the services described in the Terms of Reference (TOR). The TOR may be downloaded from https://power.gov.pk or www.ismo.gov.pk.

Associations/joint ventures are permitted, provided the association clearly indicates the form (joint venture and/or sub-consultancy) and all partners in a joint venture shall be jointly and severally liable for the contract if selected.
