Pakistan Cricket Board: Senior Manager Security & Anti-Corruption (Lahore)

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) invites applications for the position of Senior Manager Security & Anti-Corruption to support security management, anti-corruption initiatives and compliance with PCB and ICC regulations for domestic and international cricket events.

Minimum eligibility and experience

Preferred skills and competencies

• Extensive experience in security management, intelligence, investigations, vigilance, integrity management, or anti-corruption operations
• Experience in reporting, risk assessment, and emergency response planning
• Knowledge of security protocols, sports integrity frameworks, anti-corruption practices, and investigative processes (advantageous)
• Problem-solving and decision-making; strong verbal and written communication; high integrity and confidentiality; analytical and stakeholder management skills; risk assessment and threat analysis

Key duties (summary)

• Ensure safety and security of PCB assets, venues, personnel, and operations
• Plan, develop and implement security programs (emergency response, crisis management, physical security, information protection, incident management, investigations)
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and relevant government departments on security arrangements for domestic and international matches
• Support implementation of PCB anti-corruption policies, monitoring, intelligence gathering, preliminary reviews and investigations into potential breaches of PCB and ICC anti-corruption codes
• Prepare security and anti-corruption reports, incident analyses and risk assessments; promote integrity awareness among stakeholders
