Issuer: Walton Cantonment Board, Military Lands & Cantonments Department, Walton Cantonment, Lahore. Procurement will be carried out through the E‑PADS online portal on the basis of MES Schedule of Rates. Only contractors/firms having valid registration with PEC in the relevant category, active taxpayer status and meeting other PPRA/E‑PADS requirements are eligible to bid. Bid security (Earnest Money) equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted as Call Deposit (CDR) in favour of Cantonment Executive Officer, Walton Cantonment Board. Bids to be submitted online via E‑PADS; original Call Deposit and requisite documents may be required before opening. The contract period for each package is stated as “As per work order.”
