Defence Housing Authority Islamabad-Rawalpindi invites Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) to submit Expressions of Interest to operate the existing, fully developed fuel station facility located in DHA Phase-V.
Key terms: Monthly reserved rent Rs 4 Mn; upfront land utilization payment as per DHA's terms and conditions Rs 400 Mn.
