Punjab Building Department e-Tender – Maintenance & Repair of ADCS Offices, Gujrat

Punjab Building Department invites e-tenders from PEC-registered engineering firms/contractors for the following work in Gujrat. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and comply with PPRA and PEC rules. Tendering follows Single Stage/Single Envelope procedure under PPRA rules. Key requirements and notes:

• Bid submission: Online only via Punjab e-Procurement System; bidders should follow the portal procedures for registration, bid submission and bid security generation.
• Bid security: 5% of estimated cost. Acceptable instruments and submission format are as prescribed on the e-Procurement portal (Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / Bank Guarantee in accordance with PPRA rules where applicable).
• Performance guarantee: Successful bidder shall furnish 10% Performance Guarantee / Bank Guarantee within the period specified in the tender documents.
• Eligibility: Firms must be enlisted/renewed with PEC for the relevant category and meet other qualification criteria shown in the tender documents.
• Procurement governed by PPRA Rules and PPRA circulars; procuring agency reserves the right to accept/reject bids as per rules.
