GIK Institute Prequalification: Supply of Fresh & Dry Food Items (Tender #GIKIPDIFCD-1136/26)

Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIK Institute), Topi invites sealed proposals for prequalification of suppliers for Fresh items (fresh fruits, vegetables, beef & mutton, spices, pulses, rice, grains, sugar, salt) and Dry grocery/ration items. Prequalification documents are available from the Procurement Office (09:00–17:00) or via the institute website www.giki.edu.pk. The institute intends to prequalify firms for subsequent Invitation to Bid(s) and may sign framework agreement(s) with successful bidders; the initial contract term is one year, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.

Applicants must be registered with relevant tax authorities with valid NTN and GST, have at least five (05) years' relevant experience, and may apply for one or both categories by submitting separate, clearly marked sealed envelopes. A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 2,000/- applies. Sealed applications must reach the Assistant Director Procurement by 1500 hours on July 29, 2026; applications will be opened the same day at 1530 hours.
