Noor Feed Mills & Noor Poultry Farms EOGMs for Scheme of Arrangement — 04 August 2026

Noor Feed Mills (Private) Limited and Noor Poultry Farms (Private) Limited have been directed by the Lahore High Court to hold Extraordinary General Meetings to consider and approve a Scheme of Arrangement under sections 279 to 283 of the Companies Act, 2017 as per the Court order dated 03 July 2026 (CO No. 40573 of 2026).

The EOGMs will be held on 04 August 2026 at 180-D Valencia Town, Lahore: Noor Feed Mills at 03:00 p.m. and Noor Poultry Farms at 03:30 p.m. Members may inspect the Scheme, audited accounts and related documents at the companies' registered office at Street No. 30, Block X, DHA Phase 7, Lahore during business hours. Proxies must be received at the registered office not later than 48 hours before the meeting. The members register will be closed from 29 July 2026 to 04 August 2026 (both days inclusive); transfers received by close of business on 28 July 2026 will be entertained. Joint chairpersons appointed by the Lahore High Court are Mr. Aurangzeb Mirza (Advocate) and Barrister Scheherezade Shaharyar (Advocate).
