Issuing authority: Government of Pakistan, Ministry of National Food Security & Research (MNFS&R). MNFS&R invites electronic bids through the e-Procurement / e-PAk Acquisition & Disposal System (ePADS) from reputable firms, general order suppliers, original manufacturers, authorized dealers/stockists registered with Income & Sales Tax Departments and active taxpayers for supply on the basis of an annual running contract or on ‘‘as and when’’ required basis for the Financial Year 2026-27 (and extendable till finalization of next tender as may be required by MNFS&R).

How to apply: Tender documents, specifications, terms and conditions and the list of required items can be downloaded from MNFS&R and ePADS portals. Interested eligible bidders must submit bids online through the ePADS system and also submit one hard copy of the bid security (pay order/demand draft) and required documents in favor of MNFS&R, Room No. 412, 4th Floor, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad.
Submission and opening schedule: Bids must be submitted/received and will be opened as per the following schedule:
