Tender Notice — Stationery, Office & Computer Supplies (e-PADS) | Deputy Commissioner Islamabad

Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Islamabad Capital Territory invites sealed tenders through e-PADS for supply/provision of office stationery, other supplies and computer stationery for the fiscal year 2026-27. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and be active on the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Tenders will be processed under applicable PPRA rules.

Bidding documents and submission are available via the PPRA website and the e-PADS portal. Bids will be received and opened on the dates and times below. The procurement may be extendable and will follow Open Framework Agreement procedures in accordance with PPRA rules.
