MES Tender: Provision of Facilities at Multiple PAF/PA Locations — Submission by 07 Oct 2026

Issuer: Military Engineer Services (GE (Air) MM Alam). Notice dated 18 Sep 2026. Sealed tenders are invited for multiple works described as "provision of certain facilities" at various PAF/PA locations with approximate individual contract values shown below.

Eligibility and submission requirements:

- Firms must furnish details including work orders, locations and pictures of completed projects along with satisfactory completion certificates from users.

- Firms having experience in construction, electrical, mechanical and plumbing works/services and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant field) are eligible.

- Bidders must certify they are not involved in any litigation with a government department in any court of law and that no adverse report from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch CHQ) is outstanding against them.

- Firms must provide list of personnel, NTN certificate, and income tax returns for the last three years.

- Only firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council at C-2 or above in the relevant field with validity at least up to June 2027 may apply. Preferably enlisted with MES in Category B.

Procedure and deadline:

- Tenders will be issued to pre-qualified firms/contractors.

- Tenders must be received at GE (Air) MM Alam, PAF Base Mianwali by 1130 hours on 2026-10-07 and will be opened at 1200 hours on the same day.

- Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject tenders in accordance with PPRA rules.
