Issuer: Privatisation Commission, Government of Pakistan.
Purpose: Invitation for technical and financial proposals to hire a Financial Advisor for the privatisation of Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL). The Request for Proposal (RFP) is available from the Privatisation Commission.
An amendment to the RFP is published: in Appendix A to the RFP, under Section 1 of the Terms of Reference (page 38) and under Section 3 of the Terms of Reference (page 40), previously quoted references to "at least seventy-five percent (75%) of its entire shareholding in PRCL" are to be replaced by the wording specifying "51% of GoP's direct shareholding and GoP's 24.41% indirect shareholding in PRCL."
