Issuer: Metropolitan Corporation, Lahore (Chief Officer). Invitation for prequalification from eligible applicants for hiring various services for National and Religious events, public meetings, arrival of local/foreign delegations and cricket teams, government meetings, and similar events. Prequalification will be conducted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Prequalification validity: initial period of one year, extendable up to a further two years subject to satisfactory performance and approval by the competent authority. Applicants may participate in one or more lots/categories of their choice. Pre-Qualification Document (PQD) is available immediately after publication on the Punjab E-Procurement System and PPRA Punjab websites and may be downloaded free of cost.
Submission method and opening: PQ proposals must be submitted through the e-Procurement System. Proposals must be submitted through the e-Procurement System on or before 02.19,2076 by 10:30 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives. Application submission on the e-P website is the responsibility of the prospective applicant.
