Invitation to Bid — Onboarding of BPO Firm/Company (Round III) by PSDF

Issuer: Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF). PSDF invites bids under a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure from well-reputed, experienced and tax-registered bidders for onboarding a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm/company (Round - III).

Bids must be submitted only through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The bidding document, evaluation criteria and terms & conditions are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System, the PRA website and the PSDF website. The procurement will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Late or other-mode submissions will be rejected.
