Issuer: National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Government of Pakistan. NAVTTC invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for registration of authorized test centers to conduct competency assessments under the NAVTTC - Skills Verification Program (SVP), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Purpose: Register selected Pakistani test centers to deliver competency-based assessments (including Trade Test & Tool List) for Pakistani skilled workers seeking employment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  • Government technical & vocational institutions
  • Public and private colleges
  • Vocational training institutes
  • Technical training centers
  • Registered private organizations with relevant infrastructure
Minimum Requirements
  • Suitable infrastructure for Computer-Based Testing (CBT)
  • Practical workshops / laboratories for the proposed trades
  • Secure premises and capacity to run competency assessments
  • Ability to comply with NAVTTC/SVP operational standards
Registration / Selection Process
  1. Document scrutiny
  2. Technical evaluation
  3. Infrastructure assessment
  4. Presentation
  5. Final approval by SVP, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Application Instructions: Applicants must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) by email and include a short (around 5-minute) video of the existing test center. Submission of an EOI does not guarantee accreditation as an Authorized Test Center.
