Office of the Executive Director, Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN), Government of Sindh, Karachi invites e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for supply of listed items for fiscal year 2026-27 under Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2019).
Key submission instructions:
- Submit e-bids on EPADS. Bidders must also submit a written application with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000/- (cash at Sindh Bank in favour of Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology) and deposit the paid slip at the First Floor, Plot No. 354 & 356 J.M., Near People's Secretariat Chowrangi, Jamshed Quarters, Karachi between 09:00 and 15:00 (except Sunday and holidays) from publication date until the sale/ submission deadline.
- Bid security must accompany bids in the shape of a Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Call Deposit as specified in the bidding documents.
- Bidding documents, terms and conditions and e-bid submission are available via EPADS/portal (https://eprocure.gos.pk or https://portalsindh.epprocure.com/).
