EOI: Appointment of Statutory (External) Auditors — National Power Parks Management Company (NPPMCL)

National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL) invites Expressions of Interest from reputed Chartered Accountant firms for appointment as Statutory (External) Auditors for a three-year term commencing FY 2026-2027. Appointment will be made on a Quality and Cost Based Method; the auditors will perform audits in accordance with the Companies Act 2017 and the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023.

Eligible firms must hold valid Sales Tax and Income Tax registrations, have a minimum of 20 years' practice with a satisfactory ICAP QCR rating, provide audit services to listed, public sector and energy-sector companies as specified, and employ at least 15 Chartered Accountants and eight partners by 31-12-2025. Submit EOIs signed by a partner with supporting documents via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by 2026-07-24, 11:00 AM; EOIs will be opened on EPADS the same day at 11:30 AM.
