Pakistan Railways, CSF/Directorate, Headquarters Office Lahore invites sealed bids (through EPADS v2.0) from eligible suppliers / bidders / contractors for supply of materials for Concrete Sleeper Factories. Bids will be evaluated on a Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. E-bidding documents, instructions and detailed terms & conditions are available on the purchaser's procurement portal and EPADS. Submission and opening will follow the Single Stage — One Envelope procedure indicated below.
