Port Qasim Authority (PQA) invites sealed proposals through EPADS v2.0 for consultancy services for establishment, operation and management of a Sea-to-Steel (S2S) project at Iron Ore & Coal Berth (Incoz) Port Qasim. The procurement is funded from PQA FY 2026-27 and follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS).
