Higher Education Commission (HEC) invites sealed bids for provision of nationwide courier services for Education Testing Council (ETC) test material, sealed boxes and normal mails under EPADS Tender No. P92431. Procurement will follow PPRA Rule 36(b) — Single Stage, Two Envelope.
Eligible bidders must be entities recognized in Pakistan, registered with FBR, and possess sufficient financial, technical and human resources to deliver courier services within the contract timelines.
