Issuing Authority: Chief Finance & Account Officer, Chairman Procurement Committee, Supreme Court of Pakistan, Constitution Avenue, Islamabad.
Purpose: Sealed bids are invited for the procurement of goods planned for FY 2026-27 under the project reference quoted as "SCP/02/2026-27/ITD" with procurement reference "P/105385". The scope includes procurement, supply, installation, configuration, testing and commissioning as specified in the bidding documents.
Procurement Procedure: Single Stage — Two Envelope (Last Cost Based Selection / LCBS technique) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and relevant regulations and guidelines.
Submission & Bid Security: All bids must be accompanied by bid security as specified in the bidding document or by a bid securing declaration, per the instructions in the bidding documents. Manual submission of bids will not be accepted. Only e-Bids submitted through the EPADS v2.0 portal will be considered.
