Issuer: Prime Minister's Special Relief Scheme (Uraan Pakistan campaign). Purpose: Temporary relief to make petrol available at Rs.100 per litre for eligible small‑capacity vehicles. Eligible applicants: owners of motorcycles, rickshaws and three‑wheelers, and private cars up to 800cc. One‑time registration must be sent from the mobile number registered on the applicant's national identity card (CNIC).
How to register: send a single SMS to 9771 with all required details in the requested order. After successful registration you will receive a confirmation/token (TOK) SMS from 9771 to use at participating fuel pumps.
