MEPCO EOI for Retainer Law Firm / Association of Persons – EOI Ref. 112/27

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputed Law Firms, Associations of Persons or Partnerships to be engaged on a retainer basis to safeguard MEPCO's legal interests and provide advisory services on corporate, regulatory, contractual, operational and administrative matters.

Key instructions: Single-stage, two-envelope procurement will be used in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Detailed E-Bidding documents, eligibility criteria and evaluation methodology are available for registered bidders on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS V2.0) at www.epads.gov.pk. All e-Bids must be accompanied by bid security as specified and submitted before the e-bid submission deadline. Bid security must be in the shape of CDR / Bank Draft / Pay Order from a scheduled bank payable in favor of Chief Executive Officer, MEPCO, Multan. MEPCO reserves the right to reject non-compliant submissions.

Interested firms must prepare and submit their Expression of Interest in accordance with the instructions and submit through EPADS V2.0 on or before the stated deadline.
