Important Notes:

• Performance Security: Contractor shall provide performance security / bank guarantee as prescribed; to be furnished within 28 days after receipt of Letter of Acceptance. Performance security amount equals 10% of the contract price.
• Original copies of call deposit for bid security and tender fee (non-refundable) must be enclosed with the Technical Proposal.
• Submission of forged or misleading documents will result in action including debarment and applicable legal and financial penalties.
• All prevailing rules of KPPRA shall apply. Financial bids will be opened after approval of technical bids from the competent authority. Bid opening will be held in the office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Division Bajaur in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
• Bid Solicitation Documents and Instructions to Bidders can be downloaded from the E-Procurement website or obtained from the office on any working day against a fee of Rs. 3,000 (as per KPPRA rules).
