OGDCL Notice of 29th Annual General Meeting — October 16, 2026

Issuer: Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL). The 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at OGDCL Headquarters, Jinnah Avenue, Blue Area, Islamabad on 2026-10-16 at 11:00 AM. By order of the Board: Wasim Ahmad, Company Secretary.

Purpose: To transact ordinary business including confirmation of minutes, adoption of audited accounts, approval of final cash dividend and appointment of auditors for the year 2026–27.

Important notes and actions:

• Closure of share transfer books: From 2026-10-09 to 2026-10-16 (both days inclusive). Transfers received in order at the Share Registrar's office by the close of business on 2026-10-08 will be treated in time for purpose of attending the AGM and payment of final cash dividend if approved.
• Members may attend and vote in person or appoint a proxy. Proxy forms must be stamped, signed and received at the Registered Office of the Company not less than 48 hours before the meeting.
• CDS account holders and corporate members should follow the guidelines for participation and proxy appointment as published by the Company and the CDC.
• Video conference facility: Members residing in Pakistan who cannot attend physically may request video-link facility. Requests should be sent to the Company Secretary at OGDCL Headquarters (address provided) or by email to [email protected]. Requests must include Name of Shareholder, CNIC No., Folio/CDS Account No., Number of Shares, Contact No. and Email Address. To receive the video link, requests and details must be received by 2026-10-15 by 5:00 PM; the link will be shared one day before the meeting.
• Annual Report and audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2026 are available via QR-enabled code and company weblink; members may request a hard copy free of charge.
• Dividend payments will be made electronically into bank accounts nominated by entitled shareholders; shareholders should ensure their bank/IBAN and CNIC details are updated with the Company/Share Registrar.
