Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) is announcing its 29th Annual General Meeting to be held on 16 October 2026 at 11:00 AM at OGDC Headquarters, Plot No. 3, F‑6/G‑6, Jinnah Avenue, Blue Area, Islamabad. Agenda items include confirmation of the minutes of the 28th AGM (27 October 2025); presentation and adoption of audited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2026 with Directors' and Auditors' and Chairman's Review Reports; approval of a proposed Final Cash Dividend of Rs. 6.00 per share (60%), in addition to Rs. 11.00 per share (110%) already paid during the year; appointment of auditors for 2026–27 and fixing their remuneration; and any other business with permission of the Chair. Audited financial statements and prior annual/quarterly reports are available at https://ogdcl.com/investors/financial-reports and hard copies will be provided free on request.

Share transfer books will be closed from 16 October 2026 (both days inclusive). Transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar by close of business on 08 October 2026 will be treated in time for attendance and dividend entitlement. Members must provide or update CNIC, postal address, email, mobile number and IBAN with the Share Registrar. CDS holders, corporate representatives and proxies should follow the specified documentation requirements; proxies must reach the Registered Office at least 48 hours before the meeting. Dividend payments will be made electronically into the designated bank accounts; withholding tax will be deducted at 15% for filers and 30% for non‑filers per Section 150 of the Income Tax Ordinance.
