Open Tender No. 73/2026 – Supply of Miscellaneous Gases (Islamabad)

Head Procurement, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad invites sealed tenders on FOR Islamabad basis from reputed manufacturers and stockists registered with Sales Tax Department for the supply of miscellaneous gases under Open Tender Notice 73/2026. Tenders will be processed on a single-stage, one-envelope basis.

Key submission and eligibility requirements:

- Tender documents and detailed specifications are available from the Head Procurement on written request on firm’s letterhead and on payment of the tender fee by bank draft/pay order in the name of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.

- Tenders must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of the total order value (inclusive of GST) in the name of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.

- Tender envelopes must be super-scribed with the tender number and due date. Tender documents not issued to firms that could not supply stores in the past.

- The validity of tenders shall be 60 days from the date of opening. Taxes and duties will be recovered as per rules. Late or incomplete bids and conditional offers may be rejected. The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations at any stage without assigning reasons.

- Last date for issuance of tender documents is one day before the opening date.
