First Paramount Modaraba — Rights Subscription Notice (Karachi, Aug–Sep 2026)

Issuer: First Paramount Modaraba. This notice informs certificate-holders that unpaid Rights have been credited to CDS accounts and invites eligible certificate-holders to subscribe to the Right Offer issued in the ratio of 1 Right Certificate for every 2 ordinary certificates registered as at close of business on 2026-08-13.

Payment and submission summary:

How to apply: Payments as indicated on the Right Subscription Request should be made by cash, crossed cheque, demand draft or pay order and credited to "FIRST PARAMOUNT MODARABA - RIGHT CERTIFICATES SUBSCRIPTION". The duly filled Right Subscription Request with proof of payment must be submitted by the closing date (2026-09-09). Non-resident Pakistani and foreign certificate-holders are required to make payment in equivalent currency and comply with documentary requirements as specified by the Modaraba (including submission of passport/CDC copy where applicable).

Eligibility: Certificate-holders recorded at the close of business on 2026-08-13 are entitled to the Rights at the stated ratio.
