Purpose: Notice of Special General Body Meeting and election of President and entire Managing Committee of the Society. Venue: P.T.B., Block-B (Water Tank), N.C.E.H.S., Rashid Minhas Road, Gulshan‑e‑Iqbal (Block‑10), Karachi. Polling date and start time: 2026-10-11 at 11:30 AM.

Eligibility & requirements: Members of the Society with required paid‑up share value (as per Rule 57(1) of the Cooperative Societies Rules, 2020) may file nomination papers. Nomination forms and other documents to be submitted to the undersigned office on production of a copy of CNIC and undertaking/application. Nomination form fee: Rs.2,000.
