Tender Notice — Construction of 10 Classrooms & Wooden Partitions at PAF-IAST, Mang (Haripur)

Issuer: Pak‑Austria Fachhochschule: Institute of Applied Sciences & Technology (PAF‑IAST), Mang, Haripur. The Institute invites sealed bids from eligible firms/contractors registered with PEC and KPPRA under the Single Stage Single Envelope procurement procedure for the works listed below.

Key instructions and conditions:

• Tender document fee / stationary charges: Rs. 2,000 payable by bank draft / pay order in favor of the Rector, PAF‑IAST.
• Bids must include bid security equal to 2% of the Engineer's Estimate (as specified). Contractors quoting up to 10% below the Engineer's Estimate must furnish an additional security of 8% of the Engineer's Estimate along with the 2% bid security. Bids not accompanied by the required securities will be declared non‑responsive and bid security may be forfeited.

• The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept/reject bids as per rules; the successful bidder will be determined through the stated procurement procedure.
