Government of Gilgit-Baltistan, Gilgit-Baltistan Secretariat, Information Department invites sealed tenders from reputable firms/contractors/suppliers/agencies for development and non-development works during financial year 2026-27.

How to obtain tender documents: Complete tender documents including list of items, specifications, quantity, instructions for bidders and other bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours (Monday to Friday, 0900–1600 hours).
Tender form charges / deposit: Tender form charges shall be deposited into GB Consolidated Fund (head C-03518) through TR-6 as per categories mentioned in GB Finance Act, 2026. Original challan must be attached with the technical proposal.
Submission requirements: Bids must be submitted in a single package containing two separate sealed envelopes marked “Technical Proposal” and “Financial Proposal” in bold and legible letters. The bidder is required to submit bid security equal to 5% of the estimated value of the bid in the form of Demand Draft/Pay Order in favour of Secretary Information Technology Department.
Other conditions: Quoted rates must be inclusive of all government taxes. Rates shall remain valid up to 2027-06-30. Incomplete, unsigned, conditional or late bids will not be entertained. Hand-written or over-typed prices and un-sealed/conditional bids will be rejected. Evaluation and acceptance/rejection of bids will be carried out as per GB Public Procurement Rules, 2022 and the competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
Submission & opening: Bids must reach the office of the Section Officer (IT), 1st Floor, New Secretariat Building, Jutial, Gilgit on or before 11:00 hours on 2026-09-10. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 hours.
